Success Rate of Rentals and Resales

RTN makes no representations as to

1. The amount of time it will take to sell/rent a timeshare interval;
2. The success rate of properties advertised on our website; or
3. The sale or rental price an owner my receive.

No Specific Buyer, Or Renter Identified

Although your timeshare(s) will be exposed to potential buyers as a result of using our Website, The Company has not identified a specific buyer at the present time.

Resort Timeshare Network provides a marketplace for parties looking to buy, sell or rent a timeshare on the resale market. Resort Timeshare Network also provides advertising thru other means, affiliates, links, digital marketing, email marketing, and or phone solicitations. RTN provides you the exposure you need to sell/ rent a timeshare we provide buyers and renters the opportunity to save by using the resale market.

Refund Policy

Resort Timeshare Network provides a three day right of recission, to cancel advertisements/purchases. Under this rule, the right to cancel for a full refund extends until midnight of the third business day after the sale if you provide written notice to RTN of your intent to cancel
